At 1543hrs. Edinboro and CECPA Medic 2 were dispatched for a vehicle accident on Hill Rd. that was reported as a one vehicle rollover. Rescue/Engine 384 and Squad 387 responded with seven. Crews arrived on scene to find one vehicle off the road on its roof with minor damage and Captain 391 (Sheeder) assumed Hill Rd. command. Upon further investigation crews found two class 4 patients self-extricated. 387's crew obtained two patient refusals while 384's crew checked the vehicle for hazards. All units were clear of the scene in an half hour. Edinboro also had five EMS calls throughout the day.
